AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING WATER OONNECTION TO BE SECURED WITH
PLUMBING PERMITS FOR NEW DWELLINGS, AND PROVIDIID FOR REPEAL
OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TEE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS: .
SECTION I
Tha~ all persons, firms or corporations, contractors,
plumbers or otherwWseare hereafter required to apply and pay
~or a water connection at the ttme a plumbing permit is secured
to install plumbing in any new residence or dwelling hereafter
construe ted.
:;?ECTION II
All ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are herewith repealed insofar as they cO?flict.
