AN ORDINANCE LEVYIN} AND ASSESSlm AD V ALOREJlJI TAX ON ALL TAXABLE
PROPERTY WITHIN THE 'CITY OF WEST UNIVEFtSITY PLACE, TEXAS, FOR THE
YEAR 194.5, A!\1D PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTI ON 'IHEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C01~mnSSION OF TEE CITY OF WEST
UNIVERSITY PlACE, TEXAS:

That there is hereby levied and assessed against all taxable
property withih the corporate limits~of the City of West University
Place, Texas, and there shall be collected by suc~ City a tax of
1.7~ ,of the value of such property or at the rate of One and 70/100
dollars on the One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) valuation for the year
1945. '

That such tax is levied and assessed and shall be collected
by the said City for the follOWing purposes and in the follOWing
proportions, to-wit:
For the upkeep and maintenance of" the
