AN ORDINANCE lThffiNDING ORDINANCE NO. 247 BY ADDING THERETO SECTION
7a; PROVIDING THAT SECTION 7 OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 247 SHALL NOT
BE EN"FORCED UNTIL AFTER N~RCH 17, 1944; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
SUSPENSION OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH :
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY CO:MMISSION OF 'mE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY 'PLACE, TEXAS:

That there be, and there is hereby, added to Ordinance
No. 247 Section 7a, as follows:
Section 7 of Ordinance No. 247 shall not be
enforced by the City of West ,University Place,
Texas, or its officers until after March 17,
1944; and until such date, said Section 7 shall
be ineffective and of no force.
II
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby suspended, insofar as such conflicts exist only.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 24 day of January, A. D.
1944 by a vote of .5 ayes and no noes.
