Notice of Senior Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Members of the Senior Board and members of City Council
will meet on: February 12 at 2 PM Community Building, John Neighbors Activity Room -
6104 Auden Street Houston, TX 77005
Presiding: Selby Clark
Roll call: Selby Clark
Minutes: Review and approval of minutes of December Meeting- No January Meeting,
Focus Group only.
Resident's Comments: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Senior Board relating to agenda and
senior citizens related items. Public comments must be kept relevant to the subjects before the Senior Board. The
presiding officer shall rule on the relevance of comments. Persons making irrelevant, personal, impertinent, or
slanderous remarks may be barred by the presiding officer from further comment before the Senior Board during the
meeting. Speakers must limit their presentation to three minutes each.

The next Senior Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 12 at 2 PM in the
Community Building, Activity Room.
