Notice of Senior Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Members of the Senior Board and members of City Council
will meet on: October 10 , 2019 at 2 PM Community Building, Activity Room - 6104 Auden
Street Houston, TX 77005
Presiding: Selby Clark

Minutes: Review and approval of m inutes
Resident ’s Comments: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Senior Board relating to agenda and
senior citizens related items. Public comments must be kept relevant to the subject s before the Senior Board. The
presiding officer shall rule on the relevance of comments. Persons making irrelevant, personal, impertinent, or
slanderous remarks may be barred by the presiding officer from further comment before the Senior Board during t he
meeting. Speakers must limit their presentations to three minutes each.

attend these meetings 1 st Thursday of the month from 9:30 -11 AM 8000 North Stadium Dr.

The next Senior Board me eting is scheduled for Thursday , November 14 , 2019 at 2 PM in the
Community Building, Activity Room .
