Notice of Senior Board Meeting
Notice is hereby given that Members of the Senior Board and members of City Council
will meet on: Thursday, June 13 , 2019 at 2 PM Community Building, Activity Room - 6104

Presiding: Candyce Beneke or Joan Johnson
Roll call: Candyce Beneke or Joan Johnson
Minutes: Review and approval of m inutes
Citizen’s Comments: This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to the Senior Board relating to agenda and
senior citizens related items. Public comments must be kept relevant t o the subjects before the Senior Board. The
presiding officer shall rule on the relevance of comments. Persons making irrelevant, personal, impertinent, or
slanderous remarks may be barred by the presiding officer from further comment before the Senior B oard during the
meeting. Speakers must limit their presentations to three minutes each.

The next Senior Board me eting is scheduled for Thursday , September 12 , 2019 at 2 PM in
the Community Building, Activity Room .
