NOTICE OF ZONINC BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, City of West University Place, Texas
77005, during a meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on December 16, 2004. The hearing may be recessed and
continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on Januarv 20, 2005 at the same place. The purpose
of the hearing is to provide a special, additional opportunity for interested persons to be heard in relation to the
following matter:

Legal description of the site: The East 100 feet of the south %z of lot three (3), in block sixty-nine
(69) of second addition to West University Place, a subdivision in
Harris County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded
in volume 538, page 147, of the deed records of Harris County,
Texas.

Action Requested: Applicant requests a variance to declare the lot a legal building site
with a minimum depth of 98.5 feet.

the rules of the ZBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the applicable regulations are available for

in such matters should attend the hearings.
