NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, City of West University Place, Texas
77005, during a meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.tvt. on December 16, 2004. T'he hearing may be recessed and
continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on Januarv 20, 2005 at the same place. The purpose
of the hearing is to provide a special, additional opporiunity for interested persons to be heazd in relation to the
following matter:

Texas according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 17,

Action Requested: Applicant requests a variance to allow porte-cochere with attached
columns to be six feet from the front building line.
