NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING

'The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearin~ in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.M. on August 19, 2004. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set
to begin at 6:30 p.m. on _September 16, 2004 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:
Address of.the slte: 5904 Community Drive, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal descrlptlon of the slte: Lot Forly (40), in block Thirty-seven (37), of Colonial Terrace, an
addition to the City of Houston, in Harris County; Texas, according
to the map or plat thereof, recorded in volume 655, Page 294, of the
deed records of Harris County, Texas; save and except the
northwest five (5) feet thereof, conveyed to Harris County by deed
, dated March 31, 1936, recorded in Volume 1013, Page 349 of the
deed records of Harris County, Texas.

Actlon Requested or Proposed: Request for a variance at 5904 Community Drive to allow an
interior side yard setback of nine (9) feet and a street yard setback of
nine (9) feet. {Article 7, Table 7.2 yards (or setbacks)}

Code and the rules of the ZBA. Addltional details on such matters, as well as, the appticable
