NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARINC
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P:M. on March 20, 2003. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting set to
begin at 6:30 P.M. on April 17. 2003 at t he s ame p lace. T he p urpose o f t he h earing i s t o p rovide a n
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:

Legal descrlptlon of the slte: Lots 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 of Cambridge Place, a subdivision out of
the AC Reynolds Survey, A-61 in Harris County Texas, according
to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 55, of the
map records of Harris County, Texas.

• Actlon Requested or Proposed: Request for a variance regarding Table 7-2: Yards (or'setbacks') of
the Zoning Ordinance. The request for a variance is to allow
construction of a new educational building with a 20'-0" side
setback along the east property line.
