NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.1vr. on Februarv 20, 2003. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting
set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on March 20, 2003 at the same place. T'he purpose of the hearing is to provide an
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:
Address of the site: 4148 Coleridge, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal description of the slte: Lot Two (2) in Block Nineteen (19) of Colonial Terrace, Section
"C", a subdivision in Harris County, Texas according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 655, Page 517 of the Deed Records of
Harris County, Texas.

~ Actlon Requested or Proposed: Request for a Special Exception regarding Table 7-A, Garage
Space, Note 1, Special Exceptions. The request for the Special
Exception is to allow construction of 4-car garage on a building site
with 6600 square feet.
Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code
and the rules of the ZBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the applicable regulations are available
for public inspection in the Public Works Center, 3826 Amherst, West University Place, 77005. Any person
interested in such matters should attend the hearings.
