NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARINC

The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will hold a
public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West University Place,
Texas at 6:30 P.Nt. on Februarv 21, 2002. The hearing may be recessed and continued to the ZBA meeting
set to begin at 6:30 P.M. on March 21, 2002 at the same place. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an
opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:
Address of the site: 3505 Bissonnet, Houston, Texas 77005
Legal description of the site: Lot 1 and 2, Block No. 92, West University Place, Second
Addition, Harris County, Texas (Otherwise known as: The 150 ft.
x 250 ft. Southwest Corner of Bissonette and Sewanee, together
with all improvements thereon, and being same property from
Bayard G. Gaylor, et al by deed recorded in Volume 7960, Page 67,
of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.) according to the
map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 538, Page 147 o.f the Deed
Records of Harris County, Texas.

Permittee/Applicant: St. George Orthodox Church
Action Requested or Proposed: Request for an amendment to an existing Special Exception
(Docket 99-i l) regarding Article 12, Prior Non-Conformities,
Section 12-105, Special Exceptions to extend PNC Status to add an
educational building for church use.
Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas Local
Government Code and the rules of the ZBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the
