~ RecycledPaper NOTICE OF ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING
The Zoning Board of Adjustment ("ZBA") of the City of West University Place, Texas ("City") will
hold a public hearing in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, and City of West
University Place, Texas at 7:30 P.M. on September 13, 2000. The hearing may be recessed and
continued to the ZBA meeting set to begin at 7:30 P.~vt. on October 19, 2000 at the same place. The
purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for all persons to be heard in relation to the
following matter:

Legal descriptioit of t/ze site: Lot Seven (7), in Block Fifteen (15) of College View Addition
Third Subdivision, a subdivision in Harris County, Texas, according
to the map or plat thereof recorded in Vol. 572, Page 33, of the
Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.
Birilding Permit No: N/A
Pern:ittee/flpplica~zt: Mr. & Mrs. Frederick W. Wood
Actia: Reqa~ested or Proposed: Request for variance to allow the one enclosed parking space
to be removed from 3809 Rice Blvd and to require the two (2)
remaining off-street parking spaces to be maintained as such.
Applicable regulations include the City's Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 211 of the Texas Local
Government Code and the rules of the ZBA. Additional details on such matters, as well as, the
applicable regulations are available for public inspection in the Public Works Center, 3826
Amherst, West University Place, 77005. Any person interested in such matters should attend
the hearings.

the meeting. The Municipal Building is wheel chair accessizile from the
west entrance and specially marked parking spaces are available in the
southwest parking area.
