ACCIONES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE LA CIUDAD
The City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas, met in a special meeting on Wednesday ,
May 15 , 2019 , in the Municipal Building, 3800 University, West University Place .
El Concejo Municipal de la Ciudad de West University Place, Texas, se reunió en una reunión especial el
miércoles 15 de mayo de 2019 en el Edificio Municipal, 3800 University, West University Place.
Agenda was as follows:
Call to Order. Mayor Sample called the special meeting to order at approximately 6:0 0 p.m. in the
Council Chambers . Council and Staff in attendance were: Mayor Pro Tem Turner , Councilmember Higley,
City Manager Beach and City Secretary Gilliam . Councilmembers Boyle and Burke were not in
attendance.
1. Ordinance Canvassing Results of the May 4, 2019 General and Special Elections
Matters related to an ordinance canvassing the results of the May 4, 2019 General and Special
Elections. Recommended Action: Approve ordinance canvassing the results of the May 4, 2019
General and Special Electi ons on first and final reading. Ms. Thelma A. Gilliam, City Secretary
Ordenanza sobre los resultados de las elecciones generales y especiales del 4 de mayo de
2019
Asuntos relacionados con una ordenanza que examina los resultados de las elecciones generales y
especiales del 4 de mayo de 2019. Acción recomendada: aprobar una ordenanza que recoja los
resultados de las elecciones generales y especiales del 4 de mayo de 2019 en la primera y última

Councilmember Higley moved to approve the ordinance canvassing the results of the May 4, 2019
General and Special Elections on first and final reading. Mayor Pro Tem Turner seconded the motion.
MOTION PASSED.
El concejal Higley se trasladó a aprobar la Ordenanza que recoge los resultados del 4 de mayo de
2019 elecciones generales y especiales en la primera y última lectura. El alcalde Pro Tem Turner
secundó la moción. MOVIMIENTO PASADO.

With no other business before the Council, Councilmember Higley moved to adjourn the meeting at
7:15 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Turner seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED.
