A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE SENIOR SERVICES BOAT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are hereby appointed to serve as merr

subject to Chapter 2, as last amended by Ordinance 1751.

this resolution or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall ever be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thi:

Section 4. The City Council officially finds, determines and declares that
written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each meeting at which this resc
discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the manner required by the T+
Meetings Act, as amended, and that each such meeting has been open to the public ,
by law at all times during such discussion, consideration and action. The City Cour
approves and confirms such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
