The City of West University Place ...) it \c,Iiborh xx/c:1 n ZPC Meeting Agenda Notice is hereby given of a regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission, members of the Building and Standards Commission and City Council of West University Place to be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 6:15 pm in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas,for the purpose of considering the following agenda items: Note: The Commission reserves the right to convene in a closed session for any agenda item if the need arises pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code Call to Order 1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures and identifying parties. 2. Public Comments. This is an opportunity for the public to speak relating to agenda and non-agenda items. Speakers are advised that comments cannot be heard regarding items that are the subject of a public hearing that has been closed. Public comments must be kept relevant to the subject before the commission. The presiding officer shall rule on the relevance of comments. Persons making irrelevant, personal, impertinent or slanderous remarks may be barred by the presiding officer from further comment before the commission during the meeting. 3. Rezoning Request for Lots 1-4, Block 25 of Collegeview Section One. Matters related to an application for rezoning the property at the corner of Ruskin Street and Academy from SF3 to PDD-SF2 (Single Family 3 District to PPD Single Family 2 District). Request includes language regarding incidental uses in the PDD-SF2 District. 4. Fence-like Hedges. Matters related to fence-like hedges in the front yard setback. 5. Balconies and Front Porches. Matters related to balconies, porches, front yard projections and other related regulations. 6. Townhomes. Matters related to townhome districts and their feasibility. 7. Outdoor Lighting. Matters related to outdoor lighting provisions on a building site. 8. Minutes. Matters regarding approval of minutes from May 10,2018.
