1. Welcome - Chairperson Porretto called meeting to - None Required
order.
2. Hearing of Residents - Herman Dobbs expressed concern - None Required
regarding the Zoning Board's decision to
grant a variance relating to 3509
Nottingham. Dobbs asked that steps be
taken to ensure similar situations do not
occur in the future.
3. Legal Notices - Done - Frank Billings moved to
accept; Steve Segal seconded.
All favored.
Ayes: Sue Porretto, Frank
Billings, Michael Neal, Steve
Segal.
4. Matters relating to 4001-4007 - General discussion re: - Steven Segal moved to grant
Browning. a. Request for special exception special exception; Michael
