STAFF PRESENT: Dennis Holm, Sr., Building Official, Jim Dougherty, Jr., City Attorney, Christine Cavalier, Building Secretary III. CALL TO ORDER: 7:40 P.M. Sue Porretto, Chairperson Minutes of Meeting Agenda Item Discussion Action 1. Welcome - Chairperson Porretto called meeting to - None Required order. 2. Hearing of Residents - Herman Dobbs expressed concern - None Required regarding the Zoning Board's decision to grant a variance relating to 3509 Nottingham. Dobbs asked that steps be taken to ensure similar situations do not occur in the future. 3. Legal Notices - Done - Frank Billings moved to accept; Steve Segal seconded. All favored. Ayes: Sue Porretto, Frank Billings, Michael Neal, Steve Segal. 4. Matters relating to 4001-4007 - General discussion re: - Steven Segal moved to grant Browning. a. Request for special exception special exception; Michael concerning side yard reduction(common Neal seconded the motion. walls). Ayes: Sue Porretto, Frank Billlings, Steven Segal, Val Perkins, attorney for owner of Michael Neal; motion project and Gay Goodman, potential carried. buyer of unit in this project requested exception be granted. Joe Russo of 3935 Arnold spoke in favor in opposition of the special exception. 5. Matters relating to 2716 - General discussion re: - Frank Billings moved that Bellaire. a. Request for special exception special exception be granted. concerning side yard reduction(common Michael Neal seconded;all walls). favored, thus motion carried. Ayes: Sue Porretto, Michael Su Win owner and architect for this Neal, Frank Billings, Steve project asked that special exception be Segal granted. 6. Matters relating to 3220 and - General discussion re: - Frank Billings moved and 3224 Albans a. Request for administrative opinion Michael Neal seconded that concerning the definition of Subdivided interpretation be as follows: lot as found in Zoning Ordinance 1493 Either in 1997 or 1998 when as amended and how it applies to Lots 3 property was obtained, both and 3A, Block 89, West University are as one property. Three Place, Section Two. favored, and one abstained. David Massarado attorney for Nancy J. Ayes: Sue Porretto, Frank Taylor owner of property, requested Billings, Michael Neal. property be viewed as two separate lots.
