MINUTES FROM MARCH 1, 1990 - SPECIAL SESSION
7:30 P.M.

The meeting came to order at 7:40 P.M. to hear an appeal for Perry
Homes. Chairman Lusk, Doris Marshall, Robert Crain, Victor Hansen
and Joe Webb were the members present. Mr. Perry represented the
City.
Notices were read and 90-7 was reheard. Barbara Brown, Vice-President
and Director of Design of Perry Homes presented her case.
The public portion of the hearing was closed at 8: 10 after motion was
made by Doris Marshall and seconded by Robert Crain.
Motion was made by Robert Crain to deny the request for a variance to
allow the front setback to be at 20' instead of 25' as established by
by the Zoning Ordinance, but grant the request for the garage to be
set back 5' from the building as opposed to the required 10' setback.
Motion was seconded by Joe Webb and motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Robert Crain to adjourn and Doris Marshall seconded.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
