have the authority to grant the request.
A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment on September 19, 1991
at 8:00 p.m. in the City Hall Building, 3800 University Boulevard, at which
time you may submit your views on the matter in person, by writing, or by representa-
tive.

a variance.
There, the appellant now appeals, in accordance with the provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance, to the Honorable Zoning Board of Adjustment to grant the heretofore
requested permit, variance, or exception, and to permit him to use the completed premises
as a residence , for the following reasons:
