applications on all new construction and on major remodeling:
Exterior Door Jambs
Brick Moldings
Door Sills
Window Sills
Facias
Frieze
Soffits & Ceilings (except where decorative components are not available in rot
resistant materials)
Siding (except to match existing)
Trim Boards
All Exterior Deck/Balcony/Porch Components (structural & decorative)
Sheathing within 4ft of grade or a deck/balcony/porch
Floor Decking on any exterior deck/balcony/porch
Floor Decking in interior "wet" areas (bathrooms, utility rooms, kitchens, etc.)
Exterior Stairs
Exterior Handrails
Structural Fence Components
Bottom 11" of wood fences
Masonry Lintels
