Notice of Building & Standards Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building &Standards Commission (BSC)will meet in Regular Session on:
Thursday July 5, 2001
6:00 PM
Municipal Building, Council Chambers
3800 University Boulevard
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
1. Call to Order. Report as to notice of meeting.
2. Citizens who wish to be heard. Citizens who wish to address items that are not on the
agenda will be permitted to speak to the BSC after introducing themselves and giving their
address. State law will not permit the BSC to fully discuss debate or consider items that are
not on the agenda. Items that cannot be referred to the City Staff for action may be placed on
the agenda of a future BSC meeting.
3. Citizens who wish to address agenda items. Citizens who wish to address specific agenda
items will be permitted to speak to the BSC after introducing themselves and giving their
address.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the May 24, 2001
meeting.
5. Discussion and Action as appropriate, regarding ADA Grievance Policy. Matters
relating to the ADA Grievance Policy in the City. (Presentation by Gregg Murray)
6. Drainage and Official Site Plan Amendments. Matters relating to possible amendments to
the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6 relating to drainage and official site plans.
7. Discussion and Action as appropriate, regarding Sign Ordinance Amendments. Matters
relating to Sign Regulations and Amendments, Chapter 3, Code of Ordinances.
8. Staff Comments. (Non Action Items)
9. Commission Member Comments. (Non Action Items)
10. Adjournment.
