for his dept was read. Clerk Dunningto~ was. directed to pur-
chase same and present bill to Council.
A c'ommumicatio:n from C.E.Gammill was read asking .the Council
to take some action about cuttimg the weeas in the Town.
After some discussiom the matter was refered to street and
Bridg6 Com, Baker with i:n.structio:m.s to get bi.ds and report
to the Council.

Moved by Baker Seconded by Walling that Mayor Schlesinger be
aurthorized to have some Atty, draw up some agreemeNt betweell
The Town of West University Place and The West University
Water Co in conl'lection with taking over the water system and
opperating sume and, that said agreement be submitted to the
West University Water Co for their approval
Voting aye Walling and Baker.
There being no other business to com~ before the Council Com
Walling made motion that Council adjourn. Second Baker.
