The first matter to come before the COlliCil was the appoint-
memt of a tax Equalization Boar.d. The following llameS were presented
and upom motion Conwissionar Walling seconded Commissioner Baker were

On motioJil of Commissioner Baker seconded by Baker the follow-
ing'bills were ordered paid:

Town Marshall Hurray advised the Council that he had received
numerous complaints from citizens of the town regarding nnsightly
condition of town pound. He remmended Council appropriate Five Dollars
to defray expense of placing pound in a neat and sanitary condition.
On motion of Walling seconded by Baker the 1mrshall was authorized to
have work done at a cost not to exceed Five Dollars.
