The Town C011l1cil convened in Called session Tuesday.April
. 13th For the purpose of awardi~g contract for the instalation
of storm sewers for The Town of West University flace. COlill-
cilmen present were,

After some discussion of bids submitted on the project all
Councilmen agreed that inasmuch as the lowest bidder lJ1red
Brown had not had but very littl~ experience in storm sewer
aonstruction and owned no equipment with which to do this ~
work alld, that his bid be elimal1litated.
The next lowest bid was that of A.E.~uay Const Co, and the
next was E~K.High. The COUEcil decided how-ever to award to
the successful bidder the contract for the instalation o~
Manholes, Inlets, and Leads. Not having figures from E.K.
High on this work ~uay and High were both asked to submit ~

E.K.high being low it was moved by Com, Walling and seconded
by Com Baker that the Contract be awarded to E.K.High.
Voting Aye. Walling and Baker. Copies of all bids on file
with Town Clerk.
There being no other business to come before the Council Com,
Walling made motion that Council adjourn. SecomdCom Baker.
