The Town Oouncil convened in regular session at 8 P.M. Monday
March the 1st, 1926. to discuss any regular business that may
come before them. Oouncilmen present were,

The first matter to come before the Oouncil was a report from
Mayor Schlesinger regarding storm sewerage for the Town.
Mayor Schlesinger reported that from the imformation he had
from Austin that we could go ahead with the work. Said work to
be paid for with contract Warrents. After some discussion Com,
Walling made the following Motion. Same being Seconded by Com,
Baker.

That Town Engineer Rafferty be directed
to draw up specifications and advertise
for bids for storm sewerage in the Town
of West University Place as recommended
by Engineer Rafferty, and that the cost
of said sewerage be paid for with the .
issuance of Oontract Warrents.
