The Town Council convened in CalTed session at 1'3 P.M. Monday Feby,
24th, 1926. for the purpose of 'a is cussing the nrobability of se-
cureing Ourbs, Gutters,and storm sewerage for the Town of West
University Place. Those nresent were,

After some discussion of the problem Com, Baker made a motion
that the Mayor beaurthorized to go to Austin and secure all
neccessary imformation from the Atty, Generals De~artment in
regard to carrying out the above mentioned improvements. Com
Walling mudea second to the motion. Voting Aye Baker and
W~11ing. Carried.
Motion Baker second Walling that the Town pay all expences
incurred for the trip. Voting AYE Baker and Walling.
Com, Baker macle_:amot:ion, Second by Com, Walling that Engi-
neer Rafferty- .be".:instruc ted to make a survey and nrenare all
neccessary datd~f6r storm sewerage in the Town of West Uni-
versity Place. Vo.ting Aye Baker b.nd Walling. Carried.
