Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment(ZBA)of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on May 26, 2016 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal
Building, 3800 University Boulevard,West University Place,Texas 77005.
The subject(s)of the meeting are as follows:
Call to order
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying
parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No.2014-02,regarding property at 6350 Buffalo Speedway,Extension Request.
Matters relating to granting a request from the property owner regarding Decision in Docket
2014- 02 to authorize additional curb cuts. The property owner is requesting an extension of
time to complete the permitted work.
3. Petition to Reconsider or Rehear Docket 2015-18 regarding 6707 Academy Street.
Matters relating to hearing testimony to determine if there is enough new evidence or a change
in evidence that would warrant a reconsideration of the decision. The petitioner requests either
a reversal or modification of the existing decision,or a rehearing of the docket.
4.Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from January 28, 2016.
Anyone with a disability requiring special arrangements to be able to participate in the meeting
may contact the person who signs this notice, below, in advance of the meeting, to allow time for
arrangements to be made as necessary. The meeting place mentioned above is accessible by wheel
chairs by using the sloped ramp located at the west entrance to the municipal building. Specially
marked parking spaces are available in the parking lot adjoining University Boulevard.
