Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA)of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on July 28,2016 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal
Building, 3800 University Boulevard,West University Place,Texas 77005.
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
Call to order
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying
parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2016-005, regarding refund of application fee for appeal of Administrative
Official's determination. (No hearing required).
3. Docket No. 2016-009, regarding property at 6707 Academy,West University Place,
Texas 77005 (Appeal).
a. Public hearing regarding an appeal of the Administrative Official's
determination that proposed plans for renovations were approved for permitting.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other activities, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
4. Docket No. 2016-10,regarding application for rehearing/reconsideration of a decision in
Docket 2016-005 regarding property at"0" Ruskin; 6707 Academy. (No hearing
required).
5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from May 26, 2016 and
June 23, 2016.
Anyone with a disability requiring special arrangements to be able to participate in the
meeting may contact the person who signs this notice, below, in advance of the meeting,
to allow time for arrangements to be made as necessary. The meeting place mentioned
above is accessible by wheel chairs by using the sloped ramp located at the west entrance
to the municipal building. Specially marked parking spaces are available in the parking lot
adjoining University Boulevard.
