( )Any alternate requirement to be imposed by the special exception will provide equal or better protection for life safety
and long-term structural performance.

( ) a. Structural slab with void space,or
(X)b. Structural floor with crawl space and deep foundations
(X)The vote(on motion to grant)FOR:Bryant Slimp,David Flame,Brian Hoogendam,J.Denis Powers and David
"Muddy"McDaniel.OPPOSED: None.ABSTAIN: None.
Decision (subject to all applicable appeals):A special exception from Appendix C, "Technical Codes" Section 3.(3)(f) for
the requirement of professional errors and omissions insurance is specifically granted to the permittee/applicant named
above to allow the design engineer of record(Michael Talianchich)to forego the requirement of providing proof of
professional errors and omissions insurance for the structure to be located at the address listed above.
This special exception is for an indefinite period. This special exception remains subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of the City and
it does not grant any property right or vested right of any kind.
Effective Date&Appeals:This decision takes effect on the date it is filed in the Board's office,unless otherwise indicated above.
Any appeals of this decision are subject to and governed by applicable ordinances and laws.
