The Town Council convened in Regular session Monday at
8 Pl[ Febraury, 16th, 1925. COlmDilmen present were as
follows ,.

Clerk Dunnington advised the Council that he had to have
stationary and supplies for his Dept.,
Motion Com, Baker rold second Com, Walling that Clerk sub-
mit a requisition to COUllCil covering supplies needed and
the Council would take some action.
Voting ~YE: Baker and Walling.
Tax matters were discussed at length but no definate act-
ion taken, except that ~. C.D.Butlers name was placed be~
fore the Council for appointment as Chairman otEquilizat-
ion Board. '
Com Walling made motion. Com, Baker seconded it that 1~.
Butler be appointed and confirmed. Without renrucrleration.
Voting AYE: Walling and Baker.
Clerk Dunnington was directed to notify l~. Butler.
There being no other business to corne before the council.

adjourn. Se'cond -Com, Baker.
