DESCRIPTION
Of 0.3099 acre of land being all of Lots 2 And 3, in Block 4 of Tangley Terrace, an addition in Harris County, Texas, according to
the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 17, Page 23 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas; said 0.3099 acre being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows (bearings based on plat recorded in Volume 17, Page 23 M.R.H.C.T.):
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod. found in the south right -of -way line of Tangley Road (50.00' right -of -way) being the common
north comer of said Lot 2 and Lot 1 in Block 4 of said Tangley Terrace for the northwest comer of the herein described tract;
THENCE, East, with the south right -of -way line of said Tangley Road, a distance of 135.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with cap set at
the intersection of said south right.of- -way line of Tangley Road with the west right -of -way line of Kirby Drive (right -of -way varies)
