Commissioner Plumb made motion and was duly seconded by Com-
. missioner Cockburn that .the Mayor be authorized to negotiate
with. Judge J. D. Jessup for his services as legal advisor .for
the city fOr the cale~dar' year of 1933, and to make report ~t.
the next meeting.
There peing no further 'business to come before the board, upon
motion being made and duly seconded, the meeting was declared
