A sworn stateu1ent in proof of loss to the Universal InsuI'ance Company, sureties against tornade loss to the City Hall was presented by the Secretary. The loss caused by the recent tornado amounted to $27.50, said damage being repaired, and accepted by the City in accordance with policy held by the city. rrhe Secretary presented a proposal from the City Bank and Trllst COD:lI'ful.Y. of Houston, wherein it is agreed it will pay to the City of West Uni- versi ty Place,_ It% interest on the average daily balances of funds de- posited in that bank.
