The Commission convened at 9:00 A.M. on the foregoing date with Mayor
Schlesinger presiding and Commissionerx Plumb and Secretary Camp in
attendance.
The Secretary read minutes of meetings held on June 17,24, July 8,22
and August 5th.

Motio~ was made by Commissioner Plumb, and was duly seconded by Mayor
Schles.inger tha~.the minutes be approved.
Voting Aye: COmmiss.ioner Plumb and Mayor Schlesinger.
Nos None.
The following ordinance was presented and by the Secretary, viz:
ORDINANCE ACCEPTED THE WORK OF IMPROVING BROMPTON RO~D UNDER CONTRACT
BETVfEEN CITY CF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE .AND O. K. WILLBORG DATED JANUARY
?9, 1932; CORRECTING THEN~~{E OF TWO OWNERS AND TWO DESCRIPTIONS OF
PARCELS OF PROPERTY LISTED IN THE ASSESSING ORDINANCE HERETOFORE PASSED;
ORDERING SPECIAL ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATES DELIVERED TO THE CONTRACTOR FOR
THE PROEERTY OWNERS SHAJ;tE OF THE COST <F SUCH IMPROVEMENT:
Motion was made by Commissioner Plumb and wassuly seconded by Mayor
Schlesinger that the foregoing Ordinance be adopted.
Voting Aye: .Commissioner Plumb and Mayor Schlesinger.
Nos None.
The Secretary presented bills from the Houston Lighting & Power Company
for power and lights used to Ju~y 9th, 1932 and upon motion of Com-
missioner Plumb and second of' Mayor Schlesinger, were declared approved.
The Secretary presented estimates for the two course topping of Rutgers,
Westchester and Brompton Road, and upon motion of' Street and Bridge
Commissioner Plumb and second of Mayor Schlesinger, were de~lared appnoved.
There being no further business to come ~efore the board, upon motion
being made and duly seconded, the meeting was declared adjourned.
