The Secretary' was instructed to have Mr Fulbright present a complete
analysis and proof o~ his assertions to the council at a later date.
An estimate from Resident Engineer r.L.Peabody, for the construction
of a roadway through the Bryan Water Works grounds, was presented,
and the Secretary was ordered to pay same.1
A final repGrt on the fire insurance survey was presented by the Sec-
retary.
After due consideration, the Mayor was authorized to negotiate with
the State Fire Insurance Commissioner on the reduction, same taking
effect as of March 1st, 1932.". ',' I
There being no further business to cCmle before the board, upon motion
being made and duly seconded, the meeting was declared adjourned.
