The Commission convened in regular session on the foregoing date with
Mayor H. B. Schlesinger presiding and Commissioners Plumb and Cockburn
and Secretary Camp in attendance.
The secretary read minutes of meeting held on May 13th, and upon motion
being made and duly seconded, were declared 'approved.
An. estimate from I. L.Peabody in the amount of $45.80, work done in
securing information on fire, insurance survey for week ending May 26th,
was presented.
Motion was made by Commisssioner P ~and duly seconded by Commissioner
Cockburn that the foregoing estitn.;e;~1ee approved and ordered paid .

A le'tter form Delinquent Tax ~llector R. L: Sonf'ield, stating that taxes
had been paid on lot 14, block 12, College View 3rd, Addition for 1929
in error, and he sought permission of the governing body to credit the
amount on the correct lot and list the foregoing lot on the delinquent
roll.
Commissioner Cockburn made motion and was duly seconded by Commissioner
Plumb that the delinquent tax collector R. L. Sonfield be authorized
to credit the payment on the correct lot, and list t~e other on ~he
delinquent roll.
Voting Aye: Go~nissioners Plumb and Cockburn.
NOS NONE.
An ,ordinance with the following caption was read by Mayor Schlesinger, viz
AN ORDINANCE fROVIDING RULES AND REGUL,ATIONS GOVERNING CONTRACTORS AND
PERSONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING AND IN DOING WORK ON BUILDllTG
WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE; PROVIDING A PEANALTY; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FORCE IMMEDIATELY.
Motion was made by CODEissioner Plumb and was duly seconded by COITrr.Qissione
Cockburn that the foregoing ordinance be passed.
