The Cow~ission convened in called session at 9:00 A. M., on the fore-
going date with Mayor H. B. Schlesinger presiding and 60mmissioners
Plumb 'and Cockburn and Secretary Camp in attendance.
The Secretary read the minutes of meetings held on March 25th and 28th
and upon motion being made and duly seconded'were declared approved.
~he Secretary~_presented and read a petition from several residents on
Westchester street. It was noted that the petition was not a special
benefit protest, so due to the fact that the hearing was finally closed
on March 7th, 1932, and all protests overruled, and the contractor or-
dered to proceed with the work, the petition protesting the paving of
Westchester at this time was not in order.
The Secretary presented for considera .o~wo fire insurance polices
in the amount of $3,000.00 each on t ~re fighting aparatus and hose,
and he was instructed to return sam ~ the agent with instructions to
reduce to $1,500.00 each.
