Texas~" 11 The cownission convened on the foregoing date at 9:00A.M. in regular session with Mayor H. B. Schlesinger presiding and Commissioners Plumb and Cockburn and Secretary Camp in attendance. C. F. Milledge, City Auditor, appeared before the Commission and pre- sented for approval the financial statement for the fiscal year ending February 29th, and he recommended that this'statement be published in the official newspaper of the city, and that the 1931 ~ax Roll'be turned over to DeliJ].quent Tax Collector R. L. 80nfield for collection.. Motion was made by Commissioner Plumb and duly seconded by Commissioner Cockburn that the financial , statement as prepared by City Auditor C. F. Milledge be approved and authorize him to have published the financial statement in the official new,spaper.
