The cownission convened on the foregoing date at 9:00A.M. in regular
session with Mayor H. B. Schlesinger presiding and Commissioners Plumb
and Cockburn and Secretary Camp in attendance.
C. F. Milledge, City Auditor, appeared before the Commission and pre-
sented for approval the financial statement for the fiscal year ending
February 29th, and he recommended that this'statement be published in
the official newspaper of the city, and that the 1931 ~ax Roll'be turned
over to DeliJ].quent Tax Collector R. L. 80nfield for collection..
Motion was made by Commissioner Plumb and duly seconded by Commissioner
Cockburn that the financial , statement as prepared by City Auditor C. F.
Milledge be approved and authorize him to have published the financial
statement in the official new,spaper. ".

Upon motion bel~g made and' duly seconded ':?~~ax Coll~ctor was author-
ized to certify to the 1931, Tax Roll and ~n same over to Delinquent
Tax Collector R. L. Sonfield.

City Auditor C. F. Milledge also made recommendation that the costs
mow turned over to the city, and the expenses of collection paid for
by the city be assigned to th~ DelinqUent Tax Collector from this date.)(
Whereby, motion was made by 06mmi~sioner Plumb and seconded by Com-
missioner Cockburn that the .,Delinquent Tax Collecib,or be notified of this
change in writing. '

The Sec~etary read two p~titions, one from several residents on Wake-
forest Street and one from Brompton Road, whereas, they were overruled
because of the fact that the time for protests of this nature has expired,
the hearing having been closed several weeks previous to the presenta-
tion, so can not be officially acted upon.

Two estimates in the amount of $38.75 and $30~OO from City Engineer
J. H. Rafferty were presented be the Secretary, and upon motion
being made and duly seconded were declared ratified.
At the request of Mayor H. B. Schlesinger, the authority granted
him on 10//4./ ~'l for the disposition of Water Works Revenue Bonds
was canceled,.
