The secretary presented bill from J. A. Nolch & Co., in the amount of
$130.36, which bill was approved to be paid by script, but which, upon
further investigation, it was found that agreement had been made to pay
same in cash. \j

Motion was made by Com~&gioner Cockburn and duly seconded by Commissioner

Commissioners of the City of Houston and Cormty Judge and County Commission~

retary was instructed to forward to Mr. R. W. Wier, a letter lending our
