9:00 A.M. With Honorable 'Mayor H. B. Schlesinger, presiding and Commissioner
Pllunb and Cockburn and 'Secretary Camp in attendance.

The following property owners testifiedt~t they did n~ believe the toppin€
of' streets in front of their individual parcels of land would enhance the
valuation of thier property more than the cost of the improvement, vlz:

V'mereas, after due consideration, motion was made by Commissioner Plumb and
duly seconded by Cmmmissioner Cockburn that hearing be continued to December
