City of West University Place, Texas. 285 Called meeting of City Comn1ission convened at 9:00 A.M. on the fore- going date with Mayor Schlesinger presiding and COlmnissioners Plumb and Cockburn and Secretary Camp in attendance. ) The meeting was ca~led for the pD~pose of having hearing on the special benefit~9Pimpro~; o%LL~ke Street between Rice, ~oulevard and Plumb streeti~~~~. RHjSOLUTION ordering and providing for the im- ,''V~ment of portions of Met-cer A venue., and sundry other streets, hi ~ and public places in the City of West University Place, in Harris y, Texas; apportioning the cost of such~mprovement; providing the ti~e and terms theEeof; and ordering plans and specifications ppepar~~by the City Engineer for maki~g said improvements. (' Mayor Schlesinger made motion that the foregoing resolution be passed, ~ subject, however, to the approval of at least 75~ of the res:i.d6nt3property owners of parcels of land abutting on the streets, called for in petiti~n.
