Mr.. 'A. De Fore:m&m. to him.self perso~illly enclosing a. check for
Five ($5000) drawn also to Mr. Pl~Q personally t~ cover ~xpensa

The Mayor su.ggested tha.t Mr. Plumb acknowledge Mr. Foreman's let-

which wasaccomplishec,laFurther that Secretary acknowledge rece1.pt

Letters were read from Mr. R", \IV. Wier of the San Jacinto Tl'\U~t Co;
lilated June 20th and 23rd, 1931 and from :Mr.. E.. C.. Barkley of
June 20th. all bearing upon the subject of improving Lake street.
After a full discussion the letters were referred to the City
Secretary to be fili4 for future reference"
