on the foregoing date with Mayor Schlesinger presiding and
Commissioners Plumb and Cockburn, Secretary Cushman in atten-
dance.

Court report for week ending May 28th, 1931 read by the Mayor
showing a loss for the week of $18.00. Same due to low fines
and several dismissals.
Motion by Commissioner Plumb, duly seconded by Commissioner Cock-
burn that the report be accepted and filed.

6426 Belmont AV6e, property of' Mr. E. D. Foster.due to his fail..
ure to connect with the sanitary sewer.
Mayor Schlesinger'inst;rueted the Secretary to write Mr. Foster
requesting that he attend the next c ~ meeting with a view~
to proper adjus tmen t of the prevail conditions as report by
