Tliotion was then made by Comrllissioner VVallingand dl,lL~r seconded by' Commissioner PlUli1b that the City purchase .this grader which was badly needed upon the terms indicated by Commissioner Plllilb, viz $150.00 cash and the ba~ance in two equal installments of $100.00 each in one and two months thereafter.
