City Oow~ission convened in regular session at the hour of 8 P. M. Called to order by Mayor Schlesinger with both conllnis sioners and the Oity Xecretary in attendance. r. Minutes of the previous meeting reading dispensed with: Mr. C.B. Milledge, Certified Public Accountant, was present at the meeting and s:L1.bmitted to the body his Audit report of the City's affairs embracing the period from Mar ch 19th 1930 the date of his last check up to and including January 3lst, 1931.Copies of t:q.e re- port furnished to each of,the several City Officials.. Engineer Raffert~ in response to request of the Convnission submit- ted result of his invest:Lgation in connection with sa.nitary sew- er on Rutgers Ave, running 'north from University Blvd to serve University Park.., together with estimate for said proposed sewer line in the'Second addition from, University Blvd to Georgetown 8t on Rutgers Street in the sum of $3137 ~O. 11.'11e: Engine'er recommends that the line be ~~~ replaced"as.per estima~e above subnitted.. Motion made by Commissioner Plurrib and duly seconded by Cormnissioner Walling that the estimate as su~tted be approved, sUbject to fu- ture proposals~at such time as the project can be financed. L. Bonfield to these conditions, have him look up ordinances and. advise what procedure should be followed. . requesting that he do not delay in the matter.
