Tax Collector Cushman submitted a proposition for the extensmon
o~ time for the payment of penalties on the,1930 tax roll~ ad-,
vising that there was an unavoidable deiay in p~eparing the .
roll and getting out the tax notices and he makes application
to the body for a time limit of January 81st.1931 for the "
assassing of the usual IO% penalty o~ said 1950 rol+. .
