Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on February 20, 2014 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal
Building, 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
Call to order
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matteis relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2014-01, regarding property at 3748 Wroxton Road, West University Place, Texas
77005, (Special Exception).
a. Public hearing regarding a request for a Special Exception as allowed by Article 7,
Table 7 -2, Note 5 of Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances to authorize the reduction of
the front yard (setback) line for a through lot abutting a major thoroughfare (Bissoanet)
from 30' to 10'.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Meeflng Date. Matters relating to establishing a new day of the month to hold the ZBA meetings and
updating the Rules of Procedure to reflect any changes.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on July 18,
2013.

Anyone with a disability requiring special arrangements to be able to parflcipate in the meeflng
may contact the person who signs this notice, below, in advance of the meeting, to allow time for
arrangements to be made as necessary. The meeflng place mentioned above is accessible by wheel
chairs by using the sloped ramp located at the west entrance to the municipal building. Specially
marked parking spaces are available in the parking lot adjoining University Boulevard.
