CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
The City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas, met In regular session on Monday, December 2,
2013, in Cie Municipal Building, 3" University, West University Place beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Call W Order. Mayor Fry called sie workshop to order at 5:30 p.m. Council and seat in resonance were
Mayor Pro Tam Sample. Councllmembers Harmon, Johnson unit Yehle, Ciry Manager Ross, City Secretary
Lenz, and Pollee Chief Walker.
Agenda items were as follows:
1. Convene Into Closed Executive Session
At 5:31 p.m., Mayor Fry recessed the meeting to convene into Executive Session in accordance with
Section 551.074. Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Cook Section, to deliberate concerning the
evaiva0ons of the city manager and city secretary.
2. Recomrvne into Regular Session
At 0:09 p.m.. Coundimember Yehle moved be close the Executive Session and reconvene into Regular
Session. Caundlmember Johnston seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED.

Countll requested fire city manager W provide contrastable salaries from bench mark cities ant requested
that this item be added to the December 9, 2013, agenda.

With no other business to discuss, Councilmember Johnson moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:14 p.m.
Coundlmendom Yehle seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED.
