A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
UNIVERSITY PLACE CASTING ITS BALLOT FOR THE ELECTION OF A
PERSON TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HARRIS COUNTY
APPRAISAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, th chief appraiser of me Hams County Appraisal District, Hanis County,
Texas, has delivered to the mayor of this dry the name of that person duly nominated as the
candidate W serve in that fashion an the board of directors of pre Hams County Appraisal
District, representing and to be filled by the cities other than the City of Houston, participating in
said appreisal district; and
WHEREAS, this city deems it appropriate and in the public interest to cast its vote for the
candidate of its choice to fill such positon; now, therefore
NOW, THEREFORE, BE R RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the facts and reatacrons set forth In the preamble of this resolution
be,
and they are hereby, adopted, ratified, and confined.
Section 2. That Ma City of West University Place , cast its vote, and it does hereby
cast its vote, for Ed Heathcott, t0 fill the position on the board of directors of me Hams County
Appraisal District, representing and W be filled by the cities, other than the City of Houston,
participating in the appraisal distinct
Section 3. That hie mayor be, and he or she is hereby, autbodze and directed to
deliver or cause to be delivered an executed or cerified copy of this resolution to the chief
appraiser of the Hams County Appraisal District no later than December 16, 2013.
