CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL WORKSHOP MINUTES
City Council of the City of West University Place met in a special workshop session Tuesday,
September 2e, 2013 in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard West University Place,
Texas beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Council and ship in allandaoca: Maym Fry, Mayor Pro Ten) Sample, Councilmembers Heathcop,
Johnson, and Yehle, and City Secretary Thelma Lenz.
Notice of the meeting was duly posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.

Mayor Fry called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. to discuss me fallowing:
